GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – The Colorado School of Mines Men's and Women's Swimming teams produced eight more NCAA times and had multiple record-breaking performances Saturday on the final day of the TYR/CMU Invitational hosted by Colorado Mesa.

The final team standings saw Mines' men finish #2 thanks to 1,154 points. That marked a program record for points at the Western Slope event. They were second only to Colorado Mesa. The Oredigger women finished #3 on the merits of 618 points, trailing only CMU and NCAA Division I Northern Arizona.

Emi Jedryka topped the list of highlights, and she did in the 200-back. She started by breaking the program record in prelims with a 2:05.10. That toppled Daphne Williams' 2:05.41 from 2019-20. Jedryka went on to break own her record in finals while turning in a NCAA "B" cut of 2:03.16. The highlights continued with
Annie Osmun in the 100-free. She raced a pair of NCAA "B" cuts with the best coming in the "A" finals at 51.90.
Jordan Tierney carried the momentum into the 200-breast where she had a NCAA "B" cut in prelims, touching in 2:20.86.

The Oredigger men joined the fun in the 200-fly.
Charles Burroughs produced two NCAA-qualifying swims, led by his 1:48.10 in the prelims. Teammate
Joe Peak also had a "B" cut of 1:51.06 during prelims as Burroughs finished #1 and Peak took #3 in the morning session. Rounding out the highlights was
Meghan Slowey. She ground through the 1650-free and finished #2 overall in 17:12.22. That also marked a NCAA "B" cut.
