COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado School of Mines sophomore Grayston DiBlasi is the first RMAC Wrestler of the Week for the 2022-23 season.

The 141-pounder got his season off to a perfect start, going 6-0 in the opening week of competition, including four falls. DiBlasi won his bout in Mines' dual win over Colby on Thursday by fall, then blew through the bracket at the Mines Rookie Open with three falls, a tech fall, and a decision en route to winning the 141-pound class. Two of those wins came over RMAC foes as he beat Adams State's Jace Long in a first-period pin and needed just 15 seconds to beat Adams State's Dale Van Matre in the final via fall.

It is the second RMAC Wrestler of the Week honor of DiBlasi's career.

The Orediggers return to action Nov. 19 at the UNK Younes Hospitality Open in Kearney, Neb.
