GOLDEN, Colo. - The highly anticipated game between undefeated rivals Colorado School of Mines and Western Colorado this Saturday at Marv Kay Stadium is officially sold out.
No more advance ticket sales will be made for the game and there will be no walk-up tickets available.
Mines students, faculty, and staff will still be admitted with their BlasterCard, no advance ticket needed.
Although sellout crowds have become common in Golden, it is the first time in Marv Kay Stadium history that a game has sold out in advance. Fans will see #1 Mines (8-0, 6-0 RMAC) battle #12 Western Colorado (8-0, 6-0 RMAC) for first place in the RMAC and the likely regional #1 seed. It will be the 98th meeting between the two rivals, and the first time they have met this late in the season while undefeated.
The game will air live on the
RMAC Network at noon, and televised on tape delay in the Denver area on Local3 at 4 p.m.
