GOLDEN, Colo. - Colorado School of Mines stayed #1 in the national polls for a fourth straight week, and remained atop the NCAA Super Region IV rankings for a second straight release on Monday.

The Orediggers (10-0, 8-0 RMAC), who clinched at least a share of their fifth consecutive RMAC title with a 77-3 win over New Mexico Highlands on Saturday, stayed ahead of a chaotic week in the top 10 of the polls that saw previous #2 Pitt State, #8 UIndy, and #9 Davenport all lose. Mines tops both the AFCA and D2football.com polls, with the AFCA top five having Grand Valley State and Harding tied for second with Slippery Rock and Benedict behind, and the D2football.com poll putting GVSU, Ferris State, Harding, and Slippery Rock behind the Orediggers.

Meanwhile, the NCAA regional rankings kept the same teams in the top seven but shuffled the order as Mines and Western Colorado remained in the top two spots, followed by Central Washington, UT Permian Basin, Bemidji State, Augustana, and Minnesota State. There are several consequential games on the final Saturday of the regular season as UTPB and Central Washington play in the Lone Star Conference, and NSIC rivals Bemidji State and Augustana face off. The top seven teams in each of the four super regions earn NCAA bids, with the four #1 seeds receiving first-round byes.

Mines will head to Fort Lewis looking to complete an undefeated regular season, earning the outright RMAC title and the likely #1 seed with a win.
