RESULTS
INDIANAPOLIS – The Colorado School of Mines Women's Swimming team opened its 2023 NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships on Tuesday evening by competing in the 800-freestyle relay at the Indiana University Natatorium.
The Oredigger quartet of
Annie Osmun,
Emi Jedryka,
Olivia Kisow, and
Meghan Slowey teamed up to finish in 7:34.40, taking #17 in the nation. Osmun was the leadoff leg, followed by Jedryka and Kisow. Slowey was the anchor and produced a blazing split of 1:51.14.
Mines' women continue their trip to the national meet on Wednesday with the Oredigger men making their 2023 NCAA debut as well. Morning prelims featuring Orediggers start at 10 a.m. ET and include the 200-IM and 50-free. Finals for those events start at 6 p.m. ET along with timed finals of the 200-medley relay. Timed finals for the 1000-free are also split between the morning and evening sessions.
