NWCA Scholar All-America List

MANHEIM, Pa. - Five members of the Colorado School of Mines wrestling team have been named Scholar All-Americans by the NWCA for their academic performance in the 2023-24 season.

Grayston DiBlasi, Carson Dulitz, Jaron Mahler, Niko Mayo, and Cody Thompson were all recognized by the coaches' association. DiBlasi is now a three-time recipients, Dulitz and Mayo two-time, and Mahler and Thompson earn their first honors. 

In order for a student-athlete to be nominated to the Division II Scholar All-American Team, he must have a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale, with that benchmark at 3.25 for those who qualified for the 2024 NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships and a 3.0 for those who were All-Americans at the 2024 Nationals. Wrestlers must have competed in four dates of competition.
