2023-24 CSCAA Individual Scholar All-Americans

GOLDEN, Colo. – The College Swimming & Diving Coaches' Association of America honored 16 Colorado School of Mines swimmers as Scholar All-Americans earlier this month.

The Oredigger men boasted 11 honorees including Luca Burns, Jack Engler, Gavin Gilmore, Lucas Hoke, Joe Hutchinson, Seth Krause, Ronan Lauinger, Joseph Lev-Tov, Gavin Moore, Jaron O'Grady, and Garrett Waite. Lev-Tov and Lauinger were both first-team selections with the other nine earning second-team status. Mines' women touted five nods with Annie Osmun, Cameryn Schmidt, Jorie Selig, and Jordan Tierney on the first team while Isabella Bono appeared on the second team.

This announcement follows both Oredigger teams earning Scholar All-America status for team GPA last month. To be recognized as an individual, student-athletes had to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and have participated at the national championship meet for first-team status, or achieved a NCAA "B" qualifying time for second-team distinction.
