Tuesday Results
DENVER, Colo. – The 800-freestyle relay was the flavor of the evening Tuesday as the nationally-ranked Colorado School of Mines Men's and Women's Swimming teams opened the 2025 RMAC Swimming & Diving Championships.
The Orediggers' top men's relay raced to bronze and the women's lead quartet took fourth. Those results combined with second relay results have Mines' men tied for #2 with 46 points and the women tied for #3 with 48 points in the team standings. Colorado Mesa is #1 on both sides. The women's standings have Simon Fraser #2 and Oklahoma Christian tied with Mines. On the men's side, Simon Fraser is tied with the Orediggers at #2 and Oklahoma Christian is fourth. It's notable that the conference coaches voted to change the women's scoring to 18 relays and 24 individuals.
Tuesday night started with eight Oredigger women racking up 48 team points.

Maggie Wells,
Olivia Kisow, and
Ava LaBrose made up Mines' top relay which finished fourth in 7:34.29 and claimed Second-Team All-RMAC distinction.
Isabella Bono,
Eden Addison,
Sophia Buhr, and
Emi Jedryka constituted the second Oredigger foursome, combining for a 12th-place finish in 7:43.75. Mines' men had
Michael Kietzman,
Gavin Moore,
Jaron O'Grady, and
Vladislav Kazakin racing to bronze and Second-Team All-RMAC honors in 6:44.41.
Ronan Lauinger,
Brenden Cook,
Cameron MacMillan, and
Joseph Lev-Tov put up a time of 6:45.96 for a 10th-place finish.
Action at the 2025 RMAC Swimming & Diving Championships continues Wednesday morning with prelims at 10 a.m. Diving takes up the afternoon. Finals start at 5:30 p.m. Pay-per-video and free live stats will be available on social media and at www.minesathletics.com.
