2024-25 CSC Academic All-District Women's Basketball Teams
GOLDEN, Colo. – The Colorado School of Mines Women's Basketball had three Orediggers earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District distinction on Tuesday with
Isa Hensley,
Jenna Siebert, and
Emma Sixta all appearing on the list.
Â
It marks the first such award for Hensley and Sixta while Siebert earned the honor for a second straight season. She also advanced to the ballot for CSC Academic All-America. Criteria for the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District teams required honorees to be sophomores or above with a combined grade-point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher. Nominees also had to meet minimum participation percentages for the 2024-25 season.
Â
Hensley, a sophomore, earned the award behind a 3.665 GPA as a mechanical engineering major. Fellow sophomore Sixta brought home the honors thanks to her 3.979 GPA in mechanical engineering. Siebert rounded out the trio touting a 3.855 GPA, also in mechanical engineering. Siebert's award adds to a season resume that features multiple program records, First-Team All-RMAC distinction, and a RMAC First-Team All-Academic nod.
Â
Mines' women closed their 2024-25 campaign in the regular-season finale at CSU Pueblo. The Orediggers posted a 12-16 (10-10 RMAC) and just missed the postseason after tying with Regis for #8 in the conference standings. Additional postseason honors, awards, and signings will be announced at
