COLORADO SPRINGS – Coming of a pair of red-hot performances to close out the 2026 regular season, the Colorado School of Mines women's soccer duo of Bella Campos and Natalie Rouse have been named Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week respectively in the final set of weekly awards for the season.

The honor is the fourth of the season for Campos and sixth time she's taken home Player of the Week laurels in her career, while Rouse claims her first weekly award this season and the ninth of her career.

Campos had an electric final three matches of the season and spearheaded wins over New Mexico Highlands, Adams State and CSU Pueblo. Last Friday in a 10-1 win against the Cowgirls, Campos scored four times with an assist in a mere 27 minutes of match action. She recorded a hat trick in just 18:10 and scored all four of her goals in 20:14, and tied the program single-match goals record and broke the single-match points record. Sunday in a 5-1 win at Adams State, she recorded another hat trick performance before scoring once with an assist against CSU Pueblo in the regular season finale. In the match against the ThunderWolves, she tied the Mines career scoring record held by Kayla (Mitchell) Jacobsen of 75 goals. For the week, she scored eight times with two assists for 18 points and put 13 of 22 shots on goal and ended the regular season on a four-match scoring streak. In the month of October, Campos scored 18 times while assisting on a further three goals on her way to finishing the regular season with an RMAC-best 26 goals and finished tied for the most assists in the league with eight.

Rouse had an equally stellar week on both sides of the ball to help the Orediggers close out the regular season on a four-match winning streak. She scored once each against New Mexico Highlands and Adams State before recording her first career multi-goal performance with two goals against CSU Pueblo. Defensively, she helped anchor three solid defensive efforts and when she was on the field helped hold opposing teams to just 14 total shots. In the final four matches of the season, she scored five times and ended the regular season with a new career-high of seven goals and now ranks ninth all-time in program history in goal scored with 19.

Mines (12-3-3, 8-2-2) earned the #3 seed in the upcoming RMAC Women's Soccer Championship and will host #6 seed Black Hills State Sunday at 12 p.m. at Stermole Stadium.
