COLORADO SPRINGS – Thursday the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced its postseason All-Conference Teams and major award winners for men's basketball as the Colorado School of Mines saw three members of this year's roster earn All-RMAC status led by Freshman of the Year Shelton Henton.

Mines landed a player on all three honors lists this season, with Alex Romack being named to the First Team, Jonathan Moore being named to the Second Team and Henton earning Honorable Mention laurels. Henton is the third Oredigger to win Freshman of the Year honors in the last five seasons, joining Romack (2024) and Adam Krasovec (2022).

Henton burst onto the scene this year as one of the premier three-point shooters in the RMAC in his debut campaign. Henton also ranks top five in Division II among freshmen in three-pointers and is top-15 among freshmen in three-point percentage and had three separate double figure scoring streaks throughout the season.

The junior out of Westfield, Indiana twice earned Defensive Player of the Week honors this year and was the only Oredigger to start all 32 games. Romack averaged 14.7 points and 8.8 rebounds per game while shooting .565 from the floor and .670 from the stripe. He recorded career-best marks across the board statistically and was the top rebounder in the RMAC this season, pulling down 281 total rebounds and 112 offensive rebounds. He also dished out 64 assists with 34 steals and ranked in the top five in the league in blocks with 34 as well. 17 times this year Romack recorded a double-double, the most in a single-season by an Oredigger and ranked among the top 10 across the whole of the NCAA in double-doubles. He also scored in double figures in 28 games and scored 20 or more four times.

Despite missing six games early in the season, Moore started all 26 games he appeared in and averaged 12.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game while shooting .489/.439/.895. He was second behind Romack in rebounds with 152 while his 41 blocks led Mines and were second in the RMAC.
