2025-26 CSC Academic All-America Men's Swimming Teams

AUSTIN, Texas – Lucas Hoke and Joseph Lev-Tov represented Colorado School of Mines on the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators' (CSC) Academic All-America men's swimming & diving teams announced Wednesday morning.

Lev-Tov was named CSC Second-Team Academic All-America for a second straight year. He's just the fifth men's swimmer in program history to win multiple Academic All-America nods. Lucas Hoke earned CSC Third-Team Academic All-America, marking the first such honor of his career. Members of the CSC Academic All-America teams were initially nominated for Academic All-District. A committee then selected the finalists to put on the ballot for CSC Academic All-America. Members of College Sports Communicators voted on the teams. Minimum criteria for all-America recognition required a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.5, or better, along with outstanding credentials in competition and a minimum participation requirement.

An unblemished 4.00 GPA as an electrical engineering major fueled Lev-Tov's selection. His 2025-26 resume also includes the RMAC Summit Award, CSC Academic All-District, and RMAC First-Team All-Academic. In the pool, Lev-Tov scored team points for Mines at the RMAC Swimming & Diving Championships in the 200-free, 500-free, 1000-free, 1650-free, and as part of the Orediggers' second 800-freestyle relay. His highest finish at the conference meet was sixth in the 1650-free. The Boulder, Colo., native also generated NCAA "B" times in the 500-free, 1000-free, and 1650-free.

Hoke earned the first Academic All-America accolade of his career thanks to a 3.94 GPA in computer science. His work in the classroom also generated CSC Academic All-District and RMAC First-Team All-Academic honors. Hoke's performance in the pool saw him post a First-Team All-RMAC finish in the 1000-free and a pair of Second-Team All-RMAC finishes in the 200-fly and 1650-free. He was the conference runner-up in the 1000-free, scoring team points in each of the above events along with the 400-IM and the 800-freestyle relay. His season included NCAA "B" cuts in the 500-free, 1000-free, 1650-free, and 400-IM.

Mines' men finished second in the RMAC and tied for 28th in the nation at the 2026 NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships. They are now in the postseason with signing announcements and additional awards on the horizon. All offseason updates for Mines swimming will be posted online at www.minesathletics.com.
