GOLDEN, Colo. – Colorado School of Mines men's soccer interim head coach
Ben Fredrickson has announced the 18-game slate that awaits the Orediggers in 2026.
The fall schedule features a full slate of 18 matches with 10 dates at Stermole Stadium. Four opponents from California are on tap this fall, while two opponents from Texas also make up the non-conference schedule. Five-first time opponents also grace this season's schedule.
Opening weekend the Orediggers will head west for matchups against first-time opponents Menlo and Cal Poly Humboldt August 27 and 29. The following weekend September 3 and 5, Mines begins home action against two more California foes when they host Biola and their third new opponent of the season, Concordia Irvine. For the first time since 2021, a pair of Texas teams are on the schedule as September 10 and 12 the Orediggers will welcome two more brand-new opponents to Stermole Stadium when UT Tyler and Dallas Baptist come to town. Non-conference action concludes the following weekend against two familiar faces at Mines will head to Adams State September 16 before hosting South Dakota Mines September 18.
Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play begins the following weekend with single match as Mines makes the return trip to Rapid City against the Hardrockers on September 25. As the calendar turns over, MSU Denver and Colorado Christian come to Stermole Stadium October 1 and 4. Mines heads back on the road with a trip to Westminster and Colorado Mesa October 8 and 11 before ending with three of five matches in Golden to close the regular season. Adams State makes the return trip to Golden October 15 followed by Fort Lewis on October 18. The last road weekend of the regular season is October 22 and 25 at CSU Pueblo and UCCS while the final match features Regis at home on October 28.
Mines went 3-10-4 overall and 2-8-0 in RMAC play in 2025 as they look to rebound from a 10th place result in the standings.
