2026 Mines Volleyball Schedule
 
GOLDEN, Colo. – The Colorado School of Mines Volleyball team is less than one month from its 2026 season opener which starts a 26-match campaign for the Orediggers.
 
The season begins on Aug. 27 with the 2026 Oredigger Volleyball Classic presented by Marriott Denver West. It marks the 17th time since 2008 that Mines will start its regular season with its own invitational-style event. The Orediggers face Cal Poly Humboldt Thursday evening, Cal State Dominguez Hills and Flagler on Friday, and Rockhurst in Saturday's finale. Other teams participating in the event at Lockridge Arena include Colorado Christian, Northern State, and UCCS.
 
Non-conference action continues for the Orediggers Sept. 3-5 at Cal State East Bay's tournament in Hayward, Calif. That trip includes showdowns against San Francisco State, Northern Michigan, Cal State East Bay, and Westmont.
 
The remaining 18 matches of 2026 feature Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) opponents, but not all results will count in the league standings. Mines opens conference play with a split weekend Sept. 11-12, hosting UCCS on Friday and traveling to MSU Denver on Saturday. The Orediggers head to Adams State and New Mexico Highlands Sept. 18-19 before the first of two RMAC pods which do not count in the standings. For the Orediggers, the RMAC Regional Pod features a quick trip to Colorado Christian on Sept. 25 before hosting defending national champion MSU Denver on Sept. 26. Conference matches resume with Mines hosting Colorado Christian, CSU Pueblo, Western Colorado, and Fort Lewis as part of a four-match home stand spanning two weeks. After that, the Orediggers play RMAC contests at Colorado Mesa and Westminster, Oct. 16-17, before hosting the same two teams in the RMAC Power Pod Oct. 22-24. Mines' final road trip takes the squad to South Dakota Oct. 30-31 before returning home for Parent, Alumni, and Senior Weekend against Chadron State and Regis, Nov. 6-7.
 
All home and conference matches stream live on the RMAC Network which is officially, completely pay-per-view for the 2026-27 academic year. Fans can purchase annual subscriptions for $120 until Aug. 26 when the price goes up to $130. Monthly subscriptions are $25. Individual games and matches can be purchased for $12.50 per broadcast. Tickets to matches inside Lockridge Arena can be purchased online at www.minesathletics.com/tickets, or at the door.
