HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in baseball, hockey, basketball, volleyball, football, and badminton at Martin Collegiate Institute in Canada … Senior season on the diamond yielded a 2.90 ERA thanks to 61 strikeouts in 54 innings pitched … On the ice as a senior, appeared in 32 games, scored 22 goals, and registered 15 assists … Also named badminton MVP … Appeared on the honour role all four years.
