2024-25: Received a B.S. in mechanical engineering in May 2025 … Captain … NWCA Scholar All-America … RMAC Academic Honor Roll member … Earned team’s DuPont “Hustle” Award … Went 9-2 as Mines’ starter at 149 before suffering a season-ending injury at the Midwest Classic … Was 2-0 in duals … Had one win by fall … Began the season as NWCA’s #1-ranked wrestler at 149, and peaked at #3 in the OpenMat rankings … Was the Younes Hospitality Open Elite 141 runner-up … Finished sixth at the Midwest Classic.

2023-24: Captain ... All-American … NCAA runner-up at 149 pounds … NWCA Super Region VI Wrestler of the Year ... College Sports Communicators Second-Team Academic All-America ... College Sports Communicators Academic All-District ... NWCA Scholar All-America ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships for the first time, going 4-1 and becoming the first unseeded wrestler to make a national final since 2019 … Was the 14th national finalist in program history … Upset the #8 and #4 seeds at the national tournament on the way to the final … Scored 17 team points at nationals by himself to give Mines 25th place … NCAA Super Region VI champion at 149 pounds … First-Team All-RMAC … RMAC Wrestler of the Week (Nov. 21) … Younes Hospitality Open champion at Elite 149 … Peaked at #12 in the NWCA and OpenMat rankings at 149 pounds … Finished the season 25-3 overall … Had a team-best 15-match winning streak from the new year until the national final.

2021-22: True freshman entered the starting lineup at 149 pounds going 12-10 … Was 4-4 in duals and 2-3 vs. the RMAC … Had four pins, the fastest in 46 seconds … Placed fourth at the Mines Rookie Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time Colorado state placer and 2021 state champion at Loveland HS ... Finished his prep career with the CHSAA 132-4A title and 4A Region 3 championship ... Was an undefeated 22-0 as a senior ... Won the 4A regional championship at 106 as a freshman in 2018, then went on to a state fifth-place finish ... In 2019 was the 4A 113-pound fifth-place finisher and in 2020, finished third at states at 126 pounds ... 2019 Northern Colorado Christmas Tournament champion ... Had a high school record of 132-24 with 60 falls, 20 tech falls, and 16 majors ... 2018 Colorado National Team member ... Scholar All-American in 2019.
