High School: Solomon lettered four times in wrestling and once in judo as a prep at Kalaheo High School in Kailua, Hawai’i… Captured state championship at 152-pound weight class as a senior… Finished third at 145 pounds as a junior… Named the Eastern Division Wrestler of the Year as a senior… Team captain… Special Operation in the NJROTC as a freshman and sophomore… Named the sophomore and junior Athlete of the year… Class valedictorian… Plans to major in an engineering discipline at Mines.
