2017-18: NWCA All-Academic ... Went 10-9 at 149 pounds … Had one fall and one major decision among his 10 wins … Tied for third at the Hastings Cusatis Open and was third at the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Open.

2016-17: Went 4-6 at 157 pounds … Had two falls and a tech fall among his four wins.

2015-16: Was 5-7 as a redshirt freshman … Earned one major decision.

2014-15: Redshirted as a freshman … Was 3-8 as an unattached competitor at 141 lbs.

High School: Carpenter lettered four times in wrestling and once in cross country as a prep at Manitou Springs High School in Manitou Springs… Named All-Conference in wrestling as a senior… Named Honorable Mention All-Conference as a sophomore and junior… Named Academic All-State twice in wrestling and twice in cross country… Led team to regional championship as a senior… Rotary Club member… Outstanding Academic Achievement honoree… Plans to major in Mechanical Engineering.
