GOLDEN, Colo. - Two-time defending RMAC champion Colorado School of Mines has announced an 11-member incoming class for the 2026-27 season.

The Orediggers will add 10 freshmen and one junior college transfer to its room as they look to continue their recent run of success under head coach Austin DeVoe.

"It's a great time to be an Oredigger," DeVoe said. "These young men aren't just talented wrestlers, they are the high-character student-athletes who thrive in the rigorous, high-standard environment we've built here in Golden."

JULIO AGUIRRE - 141 pounds - Stillwater, Okla. - Stillwater HS
Standout lowerweight at Stillwater HS ... Three-time Oklahoma state placer including two final appearances ... Was third at 144 at the OSSAA 6A championship as a senior, second at 138 as a junior, second at 126 as a sophomore ... Won the Kansas 4A 120-pound state title as a freshman at Rose Hill HS before moving to Stillwater ... Honor roll student ... Interested in majoring in petroleum engineering.
