Membership Rates

Mines Faculty/Staff/Alumni/USGS/Foundation

The SRC offers monthly memberships for Faculty, Staff, Alumni and Foundation. One membership "month" will run for 30 days from the date of purchase.

For those who may visit less often, a 20-Visit Punch Pass is available for $160, which does not expire until all passes are used.

Mines Students

Mines student memberships follow the school year semester (fall/spring) and summer schedule. Depending on enrollment hours by semester, a student membership may already be paid for via the Recreational Sports Fee that is included with payment of tuition and other mandatory fees.

The membership office accepts checks, credit cards, or payroll deductions (for faculty/staff only). We cannot bill student accounts.

Membership Eligibility

Membership to the Mines Student Recreation Center is limited to those who are affiliated with Colorado School of Mines, as defined by the following categories. Members will have access to the facility as long as they maintain their affiliation and pay a day pass fee. The Mines Rec Center is currently accepting checks or credit cards only. We cannot bill student accounts.
 

Mines Individual Faculty & Staff

Individual Faculty or Staff members whose membership fees are current are eligible to use the facility upon presentation of their Mines BlasterCard.
 

Mines Retired Faculty & Staff

Retired Faculty or Staff members are eligible for access to the SRC under the same fee structure as current faculty and staff. A Mines BlasterCard will be issued upon payment of membership fees.
 

Spouses/Domestic Partners of Mines Students, Faculty, and Staff

Spouses/Domestic Partners are eligible for access to the Student Recreation Center as long as their significant other is a recreation center member and they pay the additional spouse/domestic partner membership fee. Spouses/Domestic Partners must obtain a Recreation Center card from the Administrative Assistant's Office upon presentation of a valid Spouse/Partnership document.
 

Alumni Members

Alumni are eligible for access to the Student Recreation Center under the same fee structure as faculty and staff. To purchase a membership, please have proof of your alumni status with you. A reduced rate will also be available for spouses/domestic partners and youth (16 - 18) of alumni.
