Training Philosophy:
Pursuing your fitness can be hard. Sometimes you feel stuck in your journey and need someone to get you more comfortable in the gym or more confident in your exercises. That's when looking for a professional can be helpful, especially if they love what they do. I enjoy a very hands-on approach where I can give feedback to clients and check in with how they're feeling or answer any questions they have about what should be happening. I also encourage client input when making a plan for them, so that I can get a good gauge of what they are interested in and what will help them best.

Training Philosophy:
Strength training and movement in general should empower every person. My mission in every session is to ensure that an athlete leaves feeling strong, empowered, and a little bit more capable of taking on life's challenges and joys. To accomplish this goal, I connect with clients at the beginning of each session, understand where they're at for the day, and adjust their personalized program accordingly. Each program is unique to each athlete to help them best achieve their goals, whether that be earning new PRs in the gym, staying safe on the ski hill, or lifting for longevity and overall health. Movement and fitness are for everyone, and I want to help each person discover the type of movement that makes them the happiest they can be. Regardless of your background or current relationship with movement, I would love to work with you!

I try to make exercise as simple and as enjoyable as possible. Health and fitness is a lifelong pursuit, not something to do sporadically. I believe that finding exercise that you enjoy and can see yourself continuing to do for the rest of your life is the best approach. Strength training is my favorite way to exercise. In my opinion having adequate strength is the best protection against injury and preventing physical decline with age. Working with others to set fitness goals and achieve them is as rewarding for me as it is for them.Â
