"This is the best thing I could have done for myself- post baby- for my physical and mental health. The confidence I have in myself has grown and now I know what I am capable of. I am blown away with the progress/gains I saw in the last 10 weeks. The class had great structure and felt individualized and we could push ourselves as we saw fit (with encouragement to add more plates when needed)."
