Mines Personal Training

Our nationally certified personal trainers provide motivation, education, guidance and individual instruction to help you improve your overall fitness and achieve your goals. Your trainer will create a customized exercise program and meet with you periodically for sessions.

All new clients must submit a Personal Training Registration, which can be emailed to cpritchard@mines.edu or dropped off at the SRC front desk. One of our trainers will then reach out to schedule an intial fitness assessment.

Testimonials from Our Clients

I'm so appreciative that Mines offers personal training - HUGE benefit of working here :)"

"I was worried because of my age if a young person could effectively start me on a good training program, but she was great and really provided the push to get back into lifting weights again!"

"I appreciated that Kiana did some additional training to help me through my pregnancy, and I have recommended her/personal training to other people I know at Mines who have been pregnant as well. I was in really good shape physically throughout my pregnancy and postpartum, and I think a large part was because of the personal training I did up until I had my baby."

"My personal trainer Gordon was an insanely good trainer. I had literally never stepped foot into a gym and the first time I did (the first day of freshmen year), I was immediately discouraged and scared off, but I decided to get a trainer. Gordon took me to the Motion Lab which was perfect for me because of the lack of people and held me accountable and taught me how to be effective and more importantly safe in the gym. I am happy to report that I have kept consistent and avoided injury. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Awesome trainer."
