Training Philosophy:
I believe effective training comes down to consistency, discipline, and understanding how to make progress over time. My approach focuses on progressive overload, proper technique, and programming that fits each person's goals and ability. I also believe that training is about more than just getting stronger or building muscle. It teaches you how to stay disciplined, handle setbacks, and be honest with yourself about where you can improve. I want to help clients build a strong foundation, understand the reasoning behind their training, and develop habits they can maintain long term. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving strength, or becoming a better athlete, my goal is to help you train with purpose and become more confident and independent in the gym.

Interests and Hobbies:
Outside of training, I enjoy powerlifting, bodybuilding, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors. My background in football and wrestling helped develop my interest in strength, athletic performance, and physical development. I enjoy learning about exercise science, training programming, and nutrition, and I am always looking for ways to improve my own training while helping others reach their goals.
